ACUG REVIEWER’s LIST SIGN-UP SHEET
AGREEMENT:

I hereby state that I am currently a member in good standing, and will be so for the next 90 days. I agree that if I accept software, hardware or other items for review, I will write a review for the Bytes and Bits Newsletter to be published within 90 days of the receipt of said products. I understand that the club will furnish me guide-lines for writing the review and I will follow them to the best of my ability.

I understand that the Program Director will make every effort to have the company demo the product, but if they are not able to do so, I will called on to share my experiences and present the product for ACUG at a future meeting. The Program Director will attempt to have the company furnish raffle prizes, brochures, white papers and other items to help demonstrate the product.

Further, I understand that after I have done the review and demonstrated the product, the item will be considered mine, and I may register the product as sole owner.

Lastly, I agree that if I am unable to do the review for any reason, that I will contact the Program Director immediately and arrange for the return of the product so that someone else can review it. I will be sure to include all manuals, papers, packaging etc. and remove any copy of the software from my hard drive or other media.

 Note: If you are currently reviewing a product, you will be ineligible for new products until the review is published. If you do not turn in a review, you will be asked to return the product and will be taken off the reviewers list.  You must have a valid email account.

Persons on the Reviewer’s List will be notified by simultaneous broadcast email when a company ships a product to ACUG for review. Reply as soon as possible to the email, as the software will go out on a first-come-first-served basis.

You may also request a product for review, however items may have a limited availability due to whether a review has recently been done on the same product, or if the same vendor is waiting for a review back from another member. Although you may be put on a waiting list, every effort will be made to secure the product for your review. Thanks for volunteering; we look forward to your review!
