"Members helping each other and the community
by building a better understanding of computers and software"

March 2008 General Meeting:

Our General Meeting on Tuesday, March 4th, featured: "ACUG's Computer Classroom". Members have been asking for a night classroom experience similar to our popular New Users Special Interest Group held in the afternoon, and we are answering the call by trying out a new format for our General Meeting.

Bring your questions and computer problems to the meeting, and let the group help you with suggestions and solutions. The atmosphere is friendly and suited to both beginners, intermediate and expert users.

Featured presentation:

Please note that the presentation by Karen Crabtree on printing was postponed.

Instead, we welcomed Lorri Duarte, who showed us how a PowerPoint Presentation for the Amador Transit Project was put together. This included videos and pictures that made the presentation interesting for our members.
